Reaction to Massage

Is it common for a man to become aroused receiving a massage? I am scheduled
for a strong sports massage from another man and am worried, that with his
hands all over me, I might become erect, which would be embarrassing.

I wouldn't say it's "common" but it happens occasionally (I've seen it
happen maybe three or four times in the past year and a half.) My
response as a therapist is to politely ignore it.
